Invoice and Receipt Slip Generator Google Sheet Template

Make your business transactions look professional with this easy-to-use invoice and receipt generator. After downloading the template, Use the dedicated settings* tab to customize the template with your brand/company details and start generating digital invoices or payment receipts. Use digital invoices and receipts to share them easily over email or other apps to your customers for their purchases, "save paper". Use the print option to generate hard copies only if necessary.

Collaborate & Work: You may share the google sheet template with your team or partner to collaborate with you and create invoices and receipts as and when required. To share the template, go to the Share Option on the top right of the screen and your partner's email id (works on google id). You may also go to File - Share - Select Share with others. Make sure to provide edit access to allow your partner to make edits and changes in the sheet. You may also select view or comment access only to restrict any changes on the sheet.

Requirements:

PC System with Windows 7 or above or MacOS. Google Chrome Browser (recommended) or any browser with the latest updates.

You will need a Google Gmail Id. Google Drive will come along with your Google ID. You will have to use your own ID or create a new ID on Google.

You can also use the template offline on MS Excel by downloading the template on your PC (Microsoft Excel will be required). Go to file - download - select Microsoft Excel (.xlsx) format.

Record-keeping TIP: Make copies of every template and receipt and keep a record of all your invoices created and sent.

Back-up TIP: After purchasing and downloading the generator template, go to File and select the 'Make a Copy' option to create a backup version with all the original formulas in the template.
